The 10 year U.S. Treasury, the leading economic indicator for mortgage rates, hovers at an all time low. Consequently, mortgage rates also linger at the bottom with 30 year fixed mortgages at 3.75% and 15 year interest at 3.07%; yet the Real Estate market remains depressed. The money market is telling us that the economy is still sick and there are too many dollars chasing too few investments.

European money is pouring into treasuries as investors frantically try to run away from the European melt down. China is still printing money and buying American debt and the Fed has flooded the global economy with cheap counterfeit dollars. The Stock Market is draining away American equity as the Facebook IPO promises to raise billions even though its profits don’t warrant it.

Unemployment has become inbred in American society. The promise of an economy built on business services and professional consulting has killed the job market and driven salaries down. The U.S. has lost its economic base; we are top heavy with branches that are not supported by any root system. International contracts are routinely awarded to China, India, Russia, and Brazil while America basks in its past glories. Fifty years of politically correct social engineering has produced an entitlement state where the world owes me a living and owes me a pay check.

The government is never satisfied with its tax revenue so all governments have borrowed themselves into imminent destruction. Europe is a premonition of tomorrow’s America; Greece is a prescient warning that the Western world is ignoring. The age of the social democracy is ending; the era of monetarism is bankrupt; and the return of capitalism is imminent. America’s only course is to return to the capitalism that made us great; any other course is doomed to continued failure.

The old system of banking has disappeared. In days gone by one citizen with an excess of cash would deposit their money in the bank and collect interest. The interest would average the rate of inflation plus 3% extra for a profit but since under the old system inflation was very low or non existent the interest rate was always cheap. Then another citizen would borrow the money deposited in a savings account for business investment or the purchase of a home or a car.

Now that we have abandoned capitalism for monetarism the whole supply of capital has changed. Today the bank needs about 10% in cash deposits and then they create the other 90%; it’s call fractional reserve banking. The theory behind this creating money scheme is that a growing economy needs an ever increasing supply of money to keep the society well greased with cash so that the markets can run smoothly-like a well oiled machine. What is the value of this newly created money you might ask? The Debt of the borrower is the only value of the freshly printed money. It’s kind of perverse for you to spend 30 years of your life working to pay off a home and all the interest on the mortgage to a banker who simply created most of the money out of thin air! But that’s the system you allowed your politicians and bureaucrats to put in place. You are a slave to the bankers.

Since the government has become the largest debtor in the world why not take away the legal right to create money from the banking industry and return it to the Federal Government? That’s what your Constitution requires. Then instead of the banks becoming richer and richer, all the profits from the creation of the principle and all the interest charged on a typical loan would go to “we the people” instead of the greedy bankers. Please, keep in mind the Federal Reserve is a private bank.

Then we could eventually and effectively eliminate the national debt, and the interest payments on the national debt, as we created the money to fund the economy with a good supply of new money to cover new loans. All the principal printed up and all the interest would accrue to the people rather than the banks. This is how the State of North Dakota has kept the state solvent when all but three states are effectively bankrupt and the Federal government is hopelessly bankrupt. This concept is so simple why don’t we do this? Why did Congress ever give up the power to mint the currency in the first place? Why don’t we follow the constitution? The answer, of course, is the lustful greed of our national politicians and bureaucrats who surrendered your dollar to the banking cartel for a fist full of payola. The cash payoffs are still continuing as campaign contributions, lobbying jobs, and investment insider trading for Congress and bureaucrats today.

People just don’t understand the banking business and fail to reform the system by voting out of office all the politicians in power and requiring the new elected servants to follow the constitution. Forget the Supreme courts, forget the bankers, forget the bureaucrats; simply return to the constitution that made us great and watch as the national debt shrinks, the entitlements are replaced by contagious prosperity, the government is purged of immortality, and our children are again free to pursuit their dreams.

The dollar is today the world’s Reserve Currency. A reserve Currency is a currency that is accepted by a significant number of countries and institutions as the anchor exchange currency so that most global market’s products are traded in the world’s reserve currency. Through the centuries different currencies were accepted as a world reserve currency: the Chinese liang, Greek drachma, silver and gold, the Roman denari, the Islamic dinar, the Venetian ducato, the British sterling, and now the dollar.

The issuing country of the Reserve Currency has some distinct advantages over the rest of the economies of the world. First they don’t have to pay a transaction fee for converting their trade payments into the accepted currency, and secondly, but most importantly, they can borrow at a discounted amount since all other countries are forced to buy their currency which creates a larger market for the reserve currency’s paper.

In centuries pasted international currencies were backed by gold or silver, or we minted in gold or silver. Today we are in the age of the monetary economy where countries create money out of paper with no real value underpinning the currency.This leaves room for manipulating the value of the currency and printing money which dilutes the concentration of the currency by effectively counterfeiting the value of the currency. Most foreign countries have bitterly complained that America has immorally printed money and devalued the dollar indiscriminately and, in effect, discounted the money owed to foreign countries. Of course, their complaints are well founded. The U.S. Federal Reserve has been steeling value from the world and especially from U.S. Citizens for a hundred years.

The global market is fed up with their equity being stolen by Uncle Sam. Most central banks are calling for the IMF (International Monetary Fund) to create a fair exchange currency that all countries would balance their currency against. The exchange rate would establish a fair barter between gold and silver and every currency in the world. This would prevent the Fed from picking the pockets of other global participants and would be a much fairer system especially for poorer nations that are particularly victimized by the U.S. Federal Reserve. When Bernanke deflates the dollar, and pockets the difference, many third world people starve to death because they can no longer afford food.

The Federal Reserve and all monetary schemes around the world suppresses the fair interest rate which capital should demand in the free market, and in a real sense deposit the interest stolen from the market into the coffers of the central bank discounting the interest rates. When the dollar loses it’s preferred status the interest on our national debt will skyrocket. We will no longer be able to steal the interest on savings and capital from domestic and foreign investors. Interest will rise to the international market rate or the demand for our debt will evaporate.

If the IMF won’t step up then countries will simply trade in their own currencies and all customers will have to exchange their currency into the currency of their trading partner. China and Japan have already taken steps to force all international traders to deal in yuan or yen. The day of the dollar is ending and the time of the American Fed embezzling money from the world is quickly running out.

Every Ken and Barbie in the financial news media is publishing the latest report that the Social Security System will go broke three years earlier than expected. I don’t know why everyone was surprised by the report; SSI has always been a ponzi scheme and ponzi schemes always go broke. Ever since the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, Social Security has been doomed.

Today there are about 15 working Americans for every recipient of SSI benefits. Back in 1973 there were about 30 workers for every retiree, but in 2034 there will be less than five. This projection is rather optimistic given the hard fact that America has been suffering from a net job loss since Obama took office; a loss that continues to this day. The lack of demand is one of the primary factors responsible for the decline in job growth.

But the real culprit is that we have killed over 70 million American citizens. The abortion clinics have been turning out death certificates for young Americans for forty years. Today the first victims of Roe v. Wade would have had their own children graduating from college and entering the ranks of SSI contributors. A ponzi scheme is intricately dependent on new blood to sustain the ruse; but the new blood was poured out on the altar of abortion: sacrifices to the gods of Planned Parenthood.

The killing of the future generations has also affected the national debt crisis. By eliminating over 70 million taxpayers we have killed the goose that would have laid the golden egg. We have killed almost 25% of our posterity. We have executed 70 million employees paying payroll taxes, executed 70 million consumers paying sales taxes, executed 70 million citizens paying income taxes, executed 70 million drivers paying gas tax, executed 70 million home buyers and investors, and we have executed 70 million hard working vibrant men and women; we have executed the very life blood of Americans future prosperity.

Aside from the financial loss we will suffer from the deaths of our children, there is a moral loss. There is a smell of death in the air; all Americans know for certain that this holocaust is an abomination to every freedom loving patriot. There is a putrid moral stench in the air; abortion has polluted our moral environment; the dense smell of death permeates the air; every lover of people is sickened by this American albatross hanging around the neck of this once sunlit land. The President is campaigning against the “so called” rich but the devil is in the details. He wants to raise income taxes on millionaires to 30% but he also wants to raise the highest income tax bracket by 20%, double the taxes on capital gains (this will double the taxes on your 401(k), add a new 3.8% tax on top of doubling you retirement taxes, and triple the dividend tax on all proceeds from stock equity formation; again hitting your 401(k) hard. Most people have most of their savings in 401(k)s so Obama wants to mine that mother load and move your retirement wealth into the governments coffers.

President Obama is gilding the retirement tax with a rant about multi millionaires paying their fair share but all the gold in Warren Buffet’s mattress won’t cover Obama’s flagrant spending for one hour: he is really coming after you. If you have any doubt in your mind get a copy of IRS publication 590 and start to figure out what your Uncle Sam has in store for you when you retire: it’s scary.

You see millionaires simply don’t have the vast wealth of America; most of the wealth is apportioned among the millions of hard working Americans who have spent a lifetime investing in a pension or 401(k). If Obama’s vision of a tax plantation is realized he will have the pension, retirement and estate profits of the entire nation sent to Washington each year. A thousand dollars from 350 million Americans will net Obama’s tax tsunami 350 billion dollars whereas confiscating the wealth of the wealthy will give him only a one time windfall that is far less than the wealth of the entire nation. You dream of enjoying you investment income, but your President has a different dream for your income: to him it is a dream of a government of the government, by the government, and for the government-but to you it is your worst nightmare.

The government knows that the “rich” people, the wealthy corporations, and the high income workers are systematically moving their wealth off shore. The Chinese have been pushing to replace the dollar as the international currency for some time now. They, as is the entire global economy, are tired of the shenanigans that the Federal Reserve has been pulling. When the Fed destroys the value of the dollar and inflates the American people out of their wealth the world little cares; but when the Fed’s actions discount every dollar the world has invested then it’s time to replace the dollar.

The Chinese Central Bank is moving one step closer to over throwing the dollar as the international currency. China has already unrooted the U.S. as the capital of the world economy, is surpassing America as the military power of the future, and now is replacing the dollar as the standard for international trade. China sees America as an international “has been” and apparently holds the U.S. in contempt. And why not; American monetary policies have been beneath contempt. Bernanke has flooded the world with cheap dollars driving up the cost of food and fuel, and has discounted the accounts receivable of every country in the global marketplace.

The inevitable result of counterfeiting the value of the American dollar is gripping the world markets. The U.S. Treasury is paying off their debt in discounted dollars. Even our friends are gravitating towards the Chinese sphere of influence; because they see the decline of American might and the rise of American socialism. The American Superstate is slowly and methodically confiscating the means of production, the corporate autonomy, and private wealth. Capitalism is on the decline and a failed European social democracy has whelmed the American psyche.

Much of the world is haplessly applauding the Chinese relaxation of the exchange rate for the Yuan; not comprehending this calculated move towards an international status for the Yuan. The housing market is is still floating in the doldrums. There are signs of life here and there as buyers venture out of a winter hibernation caused by the 2008 crash. Foreclosures are still common, many sellers are still pushing banks for short sales, and mortgage money is wound up tighter than a new golf ball.

The national media talks of a recovery but Main Street is still suffering. Most state governments and the Federal Government are hopelessly bankrupt; over 75% of municipal governments are also bankrupt and the latest debate in legal circles is how does a government file for bankruptcy protection.

The election in November is shaping up to be a battle between Superstate republicans and Mega state democrats; with America being the big loser. Our children and grandchildren are already bankrupt and their future iffy. Almost everything bought in the U.S. Has been made somewhere else and in the last ten years a hefty percentage of higher paying professional jobs have migrated offshore.

Corporations and individuals have moved their cash to foreign banks out of the grip of the IRS. Entrepreneurs are starting their ventures in South America, Israel, or the far east where capitalism is still alive and well. American constitutional government has been plowed under by the rise of the Superstate. Every private and corporate income has become the governments;  they take what they want first and give you only what’s left. Furthermore, after confiscating your wealth they have spent the American economy into irreversible debt that America is incapable of paying off.

Obama Confused

The legal echelons in America balked when President Obama questioned the Supreme Court’s right to review the constitutionality of Obama Care. Obama, who allegedly taught constitutional law, seemed to not fully comprehend the doctrine of Judicial Review.

Marbury v. Madison

In the Supreme Court case of Marbury V. Madison Chief Justice Marshall held that the Supreme Court was required to enforce the Constitution as it was written. If Congress passed a law that violated the written Constitution than the Supreme Court must decree that law unconstitutional. After all, reasoned Marshall, why have a written Constitution if the Congress routinely ignored it. The rights of every American are written down in this politically sacred document and not left up to the whim of the government. Marshall wrote, “ To what purpose are powers limited, and to what purpose is that limitation committed to writing, if these limits may, at any time, be passed by those intended to be restrained?”

Original Intent 

This ruling comported with the original intent of the Constitution itself: that the Constitution restrained the government not the individual. In Article III of the Constitution the Supreme Court is to have “Judicial power in all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, and the Laws of the United States.” So then it is the Constitution first as the controlling document, and only secondarily are the “laws of the United States” to bear weight in the decision at hand. Therefore, the Constitution as written and understood by simple English is superior to any law drafted and passed by Congress. Congress must act within the law as defined by our Constitution or that law is not constitutional. Marshall concluded that if laws passed by Congress had priority then that doctrine would subvert the very foundation of all written constitutions; and consequently the freedoms and liberty of the citizens.

Supreme Court a Failure

Since the time of the Marbury v. Madison decision the United States has wandered far away from the original intent of the Constitution. The Supreme Court has substantially failed to defend the rights of the citizen and the liberty of the individual. The court has prostituted its own sacred powers and perverted the very Constitution it swore to uphold. Decisions like Engel v. Vitale where the courts removed prayer and the Bible from the public schools; and Roe v. Wade where the government sponsored the killing of innocent American children. There are literally hundreds of examples where the court failed the American people.

Americans are Failing

But the real failure is the apathy and failure of the American citizens to defend their God given Constitutional rights from a government and a court system that is out of control. The current campaigns of both the republican and democratic candidates brings into sharp relief the sad fact that all the candidates, except Ron Paul, believe in the rights of the State over the rights of the people. They routinely support unconstitutional Superstate policies and laws which deny the individual freedoms so enthroned in our written Constitution. American is failing, is failing; and this great land with its Constitutional freedoms has become a waste land of bureaucratic and government bondage.

History of politics 

The history of politics throughout the world can be reported as the conflict between the citizens of any nation and the government that rules them. The battle lines are always drawn at the point where the individual and the government clash. Before the modern era, the confrontation always involved a tyrannical ruling elite led by an emperor or a monarch and the individual rights of the citizens. Although many systems began with a reverence of the citizen, like the democracies of Ancient Greece or the early beginnings of the Roman Empire, they quickly deteriorated into dictatorships or some form of fascism. In more recent history there evolved the socialistic form of dictatorship where the King or Queen is replaces with a despotic ruling elite who talk of the good of their proletariat comrades but rule like any other absolute tyrannical oligarchy where the government crushes individual freedoms.

The individual suppressed

As governments deteriorate into tyranny the first stage is some form of collectivism. The individual is suppressed and the supposed transcending good of society becomes enthroned above any one citizen. This better good of society is, of course, controlled by the corporatism of a ruling political elite. In reality the society degenerates into immorality and self indulgence so that the ruling politicians can placate the masses while they embezzle the power of the state away from the people. The body politic is lulled into subjugation by some mechanism that diverts their attention away from their inevitable enslavement. Wars are a good ploy, the Romans used brutal violent spectacles, economics is always a great diversion; Hitler and the Bolsheviks used the promise of economic prosperity to subdue the people.

The new bureaucratic elite

In America and Europe the new bureaucratic class is steering the Western democracies into an economic collapse so that they can restructure Western civilization into a new collective world order with them as the new ruling monarchy and political royalty. In America, the individual is being harshly rebuked and repressed by the new dominate bureaucracy controlled by autocratic departments of state; by unconstitutional judicial tyranny, and by a legislature of the government, by the government, and for the government. The newly self appointed political robber barons are artfully and deliberately steering the American government and the individual citizens into abject debt; bankrupting the people and the society. When the inevitable collapse comes the people will willing accept political tyranny rather than starve.

Life a misery

The state will then confiscate all assets, pay out all incomes, own or control all the private property and the means of production in the economy, and track and monitor every movement of every citizen. All individual rights will be summarily squelched, and everyone will be totally dependent for every human need on a government that hates them. Life will be a misery for all except the ruling bureaucrats and armed police.

World System

America is going the way of world systems before them. Their is still time to stop this runaway train of the Superstate but few seem to discern the attack on their freedoms and keep voting into power the very politicians who are destroying the American experiment. The only solution is to dismantle the Washington Superstate and return the power to the people. We must return to our constitutional form of liberty or fall prey to the dictatorship of collectivism.

America deteriorating 

I don’’t meet anyone who is not appalled at the deterioration of America. Be they liberal or conservative all are heartily disappointed in the state of the United States. The State and Federal bureaucracies have run amuck; government is no longer the servant of the people but a tyrannical monopoly that is has absconded with all the wealth of the nation. What they haven’t confiscated they have taken control of so that all the wealth of the land is under their domination. How did the politicians and bureaucrats gain dominion? By systematically establishing a monolithic entitlement empire founded on the selfish nature of humankind.

Proverbs warns 

Proverbs warns us that, “ Many will intreat the favor of the prince: and every man [is] a friend to him that giveth gifts.” (Proverbs 19:6) Every politician knows that human nature is selfish. We all want a bargain, and if we can get someone else to pay our bills or give us a paycheck or send us a stipend, we all greedily accept the payout. The only price for these financial favors is to vote for the man or women who is giving away the candy store. The politician is immune from paying for the entitlement themselves they use the public coffers to fund their candy store and send the bill to the phantom rich or charge them to the unborn.

Selfish Americans 

So large blocks of voters are more selfish than they are patriotic. Seniors, the richest segment of society, routinely vote themselves lucrative benefits because they are a substantial voting block. The welfare masses vote for their food stamps, welfare checks, and rent subsidies. The corporations, who benefit from unfair trade regulations against their competition, contribute to campaign funds. The bureaucrats and public employee unions also buy elections and benefits through campaign contributions and political activism. And the lobbyists for every special interest buy their way into the halls of Washington to solicit public monies for private profits.

Mega-State a political sewer

The whole Mega-state has become a massive sewer of foul smelling selfish obscurants who dissemble their motives in sweet sounding flummery, but inwardly profit and selfishness is their true aim. They have conspired against the hard working Americans with their traitorous schemes to enrich themselves at the expense of the survival of America.

America hopeless bankrupt

The result is that America is hopelessly bankrupt. The United States is rotting from within as these political and bureaucratic termites eat away at the structure of the America constitution. Washington is like an adulterous spouse who is whoring around behind their trusting partner, who is hard at work trying to build a life for themselves and their family. It’s easy for a trusted friend to stab you in the back.

Government your mortal enemy

America must wake up and realize that the State and Federal Superstate is your mortal enemy. They are not your retirement, not your health insurer, not you Mother or Father who will support you; but are embezzlers who are cheating you out of a future and padding their own pockets with your wealth.
