READING MAKETH A FULL MAN FOR EVERGREEN REAL ESTATE

Obama Administration’s attack on the Catholic Church

“Reading Maketh a full Man” so wrote Francis Bacon in his essay “Of Studies.” The point is well taken today. The country is indignant over the Obama Administration’s attack on the Catholic Church. Obama is demanding that the Catholic provide birth control to their employees, and the Catholic Church has always been opposed to birth control. In the Catholic Universe the bible clearly state “be fruitful, and multiply and fill the earth” in Genesis one, and that children are a blessing from God; so Catholics have always opposed birth control because the bible (The Word of God) is against it: all they had to do is read the word of God.

Now the reason that the Catholic church is against un-natural birth control is because the bible clearly is against it. Likewise, Why, Oh, Why doesn’t the Obama people read their constitution like the Catholic read their Bible, and Obama would clearly see that the first Amendment concisely states that, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.” You see all we have to do, to know our rights, is to read our constitution.

We don’t need a supreme court to create new rights, or infringe on our clearly defined rights, or enhance the enumerated powers, or reinterpret the constitution in some perverted way; nor do we need some unconstitutional government agency or department like Obama care to prostitute our constitution; all we need is for every citizen to simply read their constitution and demand their rights be upheld and enforced.

Americans have abdicated their rights

Unfortunately Americans have abdicated their rights to a perverse judiciary, who has no right to change or alter the simple meaning of our constitution. Our constitution is not a flexible malleable document that can be worked left and then right to suit the political whims of the day. It is a hard and fast law that has no room for aberrant interpretation. If a child with a high school diploma can’t sit down and read the constitution and understand it according to the English vernacular then we no longer have any rights. If some justice can read into our constitution some contorted contrived reading then you no longer have any rights. If our constitution is surrendered to a largely moronic lawyer class, and allowed to be locked away in some supreme court vault, or trashed by some incompetent appellate court judge who hates the constitution and in incapable of understanding its uncomplicated, straightforward, profound simplicity: then we have become enslaved again by a new Superstate monarchy and are subjects to the new King Georges who make decrees from their politically correct thrown.

The constitution is the supreme authority in the United States. It was conceived in the dead at Concord and Lexington, it was birthed at Bunker Hill, it was weaned at Saratoga, it grew up at Valley Forge, and came of age at Yorktown. It is not to be trampled in the mud by the Supreme court, or shredded at the White House, or surrendered at the Congress: it is our constitution, and politicians and bureaucrats serve at our discretion.
